At AJ Graphics, we are committed to providing high-quality IT services to our clients. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and service cancellations are managed. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • Service: Any IT services provided by the Company, including but not limited to software development, Graphics Designing, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, and IT Management.
  • Client: Any individual or organization that purchases or uses our services.

2. Service Cancellation and Refunds

  • Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
  • Service Engagements:
    • If a project or service is canceled by the client within 7 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be provided, minus any expenses incurred by AJ Graphics.
    • Cancellations made after 7 days but before 30 days from the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from the start date.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided, AJ Graphics must be notified in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
  • We will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of AJ Graphics, based on the extent of services provided and the nature of the dissatisfaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom software development projects once delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
  • Subscription-based services, after the commencement of the subscription period, are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party products or services procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to AJ Graphics via email at admin@ajgraphics.tech or through our contact form on our website.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

6. Changes to Services

  • If a client requests changes to the scope of the service, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Refund eligibility will be reassessed based on the new scope and terms agreed upon.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of force majeure or other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of either party, AJ Graphics reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy on a case-by-case basis.
